    1. I really understand get what you mean about the authenticity of user reviews, Tamara – the internet can be a wild place! Do you remember the saying many eyears ago, “On the internet, no one knows you are a dog” – it can be hard to ascertain the authenticity of a user.

But it’s awesome that you’re focusing on compliments today, it’s like a little dose of positivity in the midst of all the chaos. Keep spreading the good vibes! ✨

  2. I agree that social media has become a powerful tool in influencing consumer decisions, with user reviews and testimonials crucial for building online credibility. We’re all in this together, keeping an eye on those negative comments like a good detectives. I sort reviews (when it is possible) to see the best and the worst – I also looko at the date of the reviews. Like “I like the quality of the fabric but the workmanship of matching the pattern would make the garment look much better.” Our business survived 57 years old reviews and referrals.

    1. Nice, Martha! That’s a great approach to writing reviews! It’s like delivering a sandwich of feedback – a positive slice of bread, followed by some constructive filling, and then another positive slice. Your business’s 57-year run is a testament to your commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Keep those reviews coming!
